Pretty French blue or white tops with double shoulder ruffles in a soft woven pique textured fabric that's wash and go.  The softness helps the shoulder ruffles drape for just a tiny bit of flounce while covering your shoulders.  V-neck is not too deep and provides plenty of chest coverage.  Oversized fit!
