Long midi length dress may be ankle length if you're 5'2" or under.  Smooth and lightweight rayon blend fabric with full lining has a faux-button front (buttons are accents only, it does not open down the middle) with a front split at the bottom tier level that starts at or below knee level.
Pretty ruffle accents at the shoulders with a flattering V-neck.
