The Daisy Spring green and light blue floral top has a matte satin sheen that dresses it up to special occasion fabulous.  If the fabric isn't gorgeous enough, it also has a light blue ribbon border on a wavy, scalloped hem.  Sewn-under fluttery shoulder ruffles.
